New school supplies, new uniform, new school year
You’d think everything will be fine, but it isn't, but also at the same time it is.
Hi, Ralf here, and I have been having a really bad time in my first few days of school, but,
I'm also having the best time of my life! I mean,
i got new friends in a strange new classroom where i knew no one but one of my old friends from elementary,
none of my teachers are evil (at least the ones i know)
And my class hours are now from 12 pm to 5:20 pm, which was a huge improvement over my 6 am to 2:30 pm schedule, i mean, life’s good!
but for some reason i feel a tight sensation in my chest, like i just can’t breathe, i mean of course i can’t, im a fish out of water. i know my friends, but i don’t know them like my old friends from grade 10, i mean, we were with each other for FOUR YEARS, through thick and thin & sickness and health!
It's such a culture shock to have not just a new uniform, a new section, a new classroom, new teachers, new classmates, but also seeing your messenger transform overnight. It's not just new gcs, it's new gcs with new people, which i am still dealing with.
Although, even if it is difficult to get used to this new school year, I am still happy that I got to experience a whole new point in time, a new leaf.
It’s nice to feel like I'm in a new place for once!
