When I was younger, I never thought, that one day, I would learn about the amazing things spinning barbies and easy bake ovens could do, or the deepest hole in the ocean, which to this day I am still afraid of.
The one who introduced me to these things is none other than superplanetdolan, hosted by our dumb, probably insane dolan, a guy who kinda scared me at first with his face, it was hard to get used to, but I think he got reverse nose jobbed a while ago, so it kinda doesn’t anymore.
The channel that he runs, planet dolan, is a legend and went down as one of the best top ten channels ever born in the sea of channels that is called youtube.
It was made in 2014, and has a cult following, which includes me, and it is also known for catapulting characters like hellbent, pringles, etc.
It was one of those channels that I trusted, I loved, it taught me things to avoid, toys to not get, etc. and it was also very traumatizing.
I remember how I saw a uterine plush being shown in one of their videos, at first thought, I was Shocked, but, now, im kinda chill about it, think this may have happened due to sexual education being on my top 10 things to teach to my children, or maybe due to the fact that I have seen worse, and it also taught me about the Dracula handsy uhh, idk, thing
Then, on a light, sunny morning, I discovered something crazy, something that was out there, it was the superplanetdolan channel, the spinoff to the planet dolan channel, this channel was so wild, for the first time, people could finally have their questions answered by a team of cute lil characters, one who says the truth, aka dolan, and the one who says the actual fact, aka, Melissa, shima, and everyone else, sometimes the role get switched, and I really like the channel’s background strories , their music video about teabags may or may not have given me emotional scars, which may take a billion centuries before I can even set it and forget it in the cemetery.
It was also my love, the thing that bought me knowledge, the thing that made me interested in mundane thoughts from the brilliant minds of a million people, it taught me every mundane thought’s answers, and gave me facts that I could remember. This channel holds a place in my brain, as the one that truly opened my world, my mind to the surrealistic people and the worlds that they inhabit, it inspired me to learn, watch top 10s, ask questions, and to listen.
